It is unknown what the post specifically included.

“The comment made on social media has been addressed by the school administration and local law enforcement. Please speak to your children about the importance of responsible and mature social media use that reflect our Catholic values,” the high school wrote on Facebook.

Edgewater High School’s football program wrote on Facebook in response to a comment, “there was a social media post by a Bishop Moore student that was taken as threatening by Bishop Moore’s admin. Their admin elected to cancel today’s games.”

In a message to families, the principal of Edgewater High School said the games were canceled “as a result of a Fortify Florida tip of possible threats made by Bishop Moore students and an active investigation.”
