OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – UPDATE: Over a week after a 13-year-old girl was reported missing, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said Dakota Barrett was found safe.
The girl, who was last seen on Dec. 4, was found “in good health,” according to an update made on Dec. 13.

PREVIOUS: The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing and endangered 13-year-old girl last seen in Kissimmee on Sunday.
The sheriff’s office said Dakota Barrett is considered a runaway and was last seen near Eagle Meadow Lane walking toward Pleasant Hill Road around 7:25 a.m.

Deputies said she was last seen wearing a black sweater and pink sweatpants. She is described as being 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds with long purple hair.
