Nassif asked for a judge to hear his case instead of a jury.

His trial began on Tuesday and on Thursday morning, Federal Judge John D. Bates found Nassif guilty of all four counts leveled against him, including entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct inside a restricted building, violent entry inside the Capitol and parading inside the Capitol.

According to sentencing guidelines, Nassif faces a maximum sentence of two years in prison if the sentences are served consecutively.

His sentencing has been scheduled for March 13.

Nassif is one of 35 Central Florida residents arrested and charged in connection with the attack on the U.S. Capitol in 2021.
