Man faces attempted murder charges in Orange County shooting, deputies say

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 28-year-old man faces attempted murder charges after shooting at a vehicle that his ex-girlfriend was in, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Marcus Legros was arrested Saturday.

According to an arrest affidavit, Legros’ ex-girlfriend and two other women went to his home to pick up a charger. After the three women left, they were driving down Clarcona Ocoee Road in a white Kia Telluride when a silver vehicle pulled up to the left of the Kia, officials said.

Deputies said Legros, who was in the passenger seat of the silver vehicle, pulled out a gun and fired three or four times at the Kia.

The ex-girlfriend and another woman were injured, according to officials.

Legros was arrested and faces charges of attempted first-degree murder and aggravated battery with a firearm.
