VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – A man last seen near a behavioral healthcare clinic earlier this year has now been reported as missing, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.
In a release, deputies said that the man — identified as Billy Justin Rice, 38 — was last spotted on July 26 leaving the area of SMA Healthcare.

“He has stayed in touch with his family, but they have not heard from him since July,” the release reads.
As such, anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact detectives at SSalinas@volusiasheriff.gov.
