ORLANDO, Fla. – SeaWorld Orlando invites guests to take a deep dive into the mysteries of the ocean with a groundbreaking suspended dark ride.
Launching in 2026, SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep is a groundbreaking family indoor dark ride, blending immersive storytelling with innovative ride technology.
Guests will board state-of-the-art submersibles and journey beneath the waves to explore glowing ocean worlds, sunken shipwrecks, and encounter astonishing sea creatures.

During the IAAPA Expo in Orlando, SeaWorld showed off the the attraction’s vehicle. The ride’s smooth, gliding motion system allows vehicles to swing and rotate through richly themed environments, creating a cinematic experience for all ages.
“SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep redefines what a family attraction can be,” said Conner Carr, SeaWorld Orlando’s vice president of rides and engineering. “By blending cutting-edge ride technology with the mystery of the deep sea, we’re creating an experience that inspires curiosity and brings explorers of all ages along for the adventure.”
Developed in partnership with Vekoma Rides, the attraction features immersive audio in every vehicle, dynamic lighting, and a fully indoor setting, ensuring guests can enjoy the expedition regardless of weather conditions.
