ORLANDO, Fla. – Spirit Airlines revealed their top five most searched destinations for spring break in 2025, and three Florida locations made the list, according to a news release from PR Newswire.
Orlando (MCO) stood at No. 1, and Fort Lauderdale and Miami made the list at No. 2 and 4, respectively.

Travelers are looking for warmer destinations, relaxation and entertainment options like Florida, Las Vegas, and Puerto Rico for their first vacations of the year, Rana Ghosh, Senior Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Spirit Airlines said in a statement.
During spring break’s peak period, March 14 through 31, Spirit expects about 13,000 domestic and international flights, the release said.
Spirit also announced four new travel options when guests book their flights, ranging from standard seat selection with “Go” to larger seats and priority check-in with “Go Big.” To read more information about travel options, see the guide here.
