Restaurants across town are offering drinks with zero-proof cocktails

ORLANDO, Fla. – As the new year begins, some may take to try Dry January, the resolution to not drink for the first month of the year.

Otto’s High Dive:

2304 E. Robinson Street

This spot is in Orlando’s trendy Milk District, and it has received awards from Michelin. Even if it is dubbed the ‘neighborhood rum bar’ it offers seven mocktails such as the ‘na groni’ that has mint, walnut and red tea.

The Neighbors:

3201 Corrine Drive

Located inside the East End Market, it offers non-alcoholic beers, cannabis infused sparkling water and four distinct mocktails. This space is a store, cocktail lounge and scratch kitchen, per its website, it also has local artist playing live music every weeknight.

Tori Tori:

720 N. Mills Ave

This Japanese pub has made its mark by being featured in the Michelin guide since 2022. Located in the Mills 50 district, the menu doesn’t feature a list of crafted non-alcoholic drinks — but for $10 you can ask your bartender for a ‘bespoke’ or custom-made mocktail. It also offers grapefruit soda and ginger beer.

City Works Eatery & Pour House:

1486 E. Buena Vista Drive

This sports bar and restaurant is inside Disney Springs, and it has created a mocktail just for Dry January per a news release. The drink is called ‘Cucumber Cure’ and it features zero-proof gin, mint, lime juice and ginger beer, according to a spokesperson of the eatery. It also offers a sober spin on classic cocktails such as taking the Moscow Mule and transforming it into a mellow mule.

The Hampton Social:

9101 International Drive

This restaurant is in the heart of Orlando’s tourism district and features mocktails for brunch, lunch and dinner. Some of the non-alcoholic drinks can even be served in a ‘large seashell’ to share with friends that are also participating in this New Year’s tradition.
