ORLANDO, Fla. – Five vivid worlds have fans eagerly awaiting the opening of Universal Orlando’s fourth theme park and while we’re still roughly a year away, guests can get a taste of what’s to come.
Now open at Universal Orlando CityWalk, the Universal Epic Universe Preview Center is an all-new interactive experience that allows guests to get an up-close look through a massive model offering a bird’s-eye view of the entire park. The preview center will highlight many of the awe-inspiring attractions and experiences to be discovered within Epic Universe as well as offer a variety of brand-new collections of Epic Universe merchandise.

Guests will be able to see exciting elements of the model come to life via augmented reality on compatible mobile devices. Guests will need to download the Epic Universe Preview Center App ahead of time. The AR experience will only work while inside the Universal Epic Universe Preview Center.
Guests can also feel as though they’ve entered a portal by taking photos in front of backgrounds themed to each of the park’s five worlds:
- The Wizarding World of Harry Potter — Ministry of Magic
- Dark Universe
The Universal Epic Universe Preview Center takes over the former Universal Legacy Store location.
