Orlando, Fla. – Get a taste of Hispanic culture at Disney World, Disney Springs, and Disney Resorts as their culinary team brings the classic flavors of Latin America to Central Florida.
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Disney has prepared a lineup of drinks, dishes, and desserts for guests to enjoy from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.

Walt Disney World
Each of Walt Disney World’s parks has a different array of Hispanic foods to indulge in. Visit Magic Kingdom’s Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen to feast on Dr. Falls’ signature grilled steak, a hanger steak lomo saltado-style served with roasted peppers, potatoes and ají amarillo mayonnaise. Then, hop over to EPCOT’s Connections Eatery for a blackberry caipiroska made with Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Minute Maid Lemonade, strawberries, blackberry syrup and frosted mint syrup.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios’ ABC Commissary will be serving a signature watermelon margarita and shrimp tacos alongside The Hollywood Brown Derby’s plant-based chorizo spice mushroom croquettes. At Animal Kingdom, Pizzafari and Restaurantosaurus will feature a guava and dulce de leche cupcake inspired by Disney’s Encanto. Restaurantosaurus also plans to add a Cuban burger to it’s menu that will combine the flavors of a Cuban sandwich with a classic burger.
Disney Resorts
Walt Disney World’s Resorts have four seasonal menu items to try out during Hispanic Heritage Month. A new pomegranate-berry sangria made with Angel’s Envy Port Barrel Finish Bourbon and Bin 27 Port Fonseca will be available at table service restaurants, resort lounges and pool bars. At Disney Resort Hotel quick-service restaurants, guests can order pollo guisado followed by tres leches cake with passion fruit curd and guava jam. For something sweet, try a guava and cheese pastry at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort Centertown Market
Disney Springs
Disney Springs is a hub for any food you can dream of now, with over 40 Hispanic foods and drinks to devour. Snack on Mexican street corn from Cilantro Food Truck, baja shrimp tacos at Splitsville Luxury Lanes, pastelón poutine at The Daily Poutine. Wash it down with Agua Fresca de Fresas or Carajillo con Espuma de Que at Jaleo by Jose Andres, a guava margarita from Frontera Cocina, or a dragon fruit mojito from Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’. Finally, top it all off with a sweet treat from Erin Mckenna’s Bakery NYC where you can find classic tres leches or stop by Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew for a churro donut.
