Musical taking a rare look at Michael Jackson’s creative process coming to Orlando

‘MJ The Musical’ to be at Dr. Phillips Center for 2 weeks

ORLANDO, Fla. – He’s considered one of the greatest entertainers of all time. Now, the musical based on Michael Jackson’s life is coming to Orlando.

MJ the Musical” focuses on the making of the 1992 Dangerous World Tour.

The jukebox musical first opened in 2022, and now it’s on tour with several stops in Florida.

The show features the legendary singer’s top hits, including “Billie Jean,” “Beat It,” and “Rock With You.”

The show will be at the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing arts March 6 to 16. Click here for ticket information.

On March 13, there will be a special dance workshop. Participants will learn a short routine from the “Smooth Criminal” performance. The workshop is meant for all skill levels age 13 and up. It will be held 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. inside the DeVos Family room.
