OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – An Osceola deputy who turned himself in earlier this year has done so again, this time for a warrant regarding charges of video voyeurism, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputy Jeffrey Alan Curtis II, now 26, turned himself in on Tuesday at the Osceola County jail and faces two counts of video voyeurism, the sheriff’s office said in a statement to News 6.

According to reports filed Nov. 20 in the Ninth Circuit, a review of Curtis’ cellphone following his arrest in August — to face a charge of unauthorized use of a computer system, what the Nov. 20 documents state was related to his alleged researching of a license plate “for personal gain” — revealed several videos showing him “having sex with unknown females.”
An investigator who identified and contacted one of the other people in these videos said “she at no point consented to being audio/video recorded while she had sex with Curtis,” the report states.
“There was some kind of complaint that we received as an agency, we started investigating and determined there was felony charges of video voyeurism,” Officer Kim Montes told News 6.
A judge gave Curtis a $2,000 bond and ordered him to have no contact with the victim, records show.
Curtis is still on administrative leave stemming from his August arrest, the sheriff’s office said.
