Falcon 9 lifts off from Florida’s Space Coast

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. – SpaceX early Friday put another batch of Starlink satellites into low-Earth orbit with a launch from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station.

The Falcon 9 rocket lifted off at 2:19 a.m. from Space Launch Complex 40.

While the launch was originally scheduled for 12:41 a.m., SpaceX officials pushed that back because of weather concerns.

Twenty-two Starlink V2 mini internet satellites were on the rocket.

SpaceX successfully landed the first-stage rocket on a droneship.
