Melissa Makes History...Again Tropics Watch Newsletter 2/25

Don’t worry...there are NO active storms out there. I just wanted to drop a line because A. I miss talking to you and B. we had some pretty significant tropical news come out Wednesday.
During the offseason, each storm gets a final report. Well, Wednesday was Melissa’s turn.
In the report the winds were upgraded from 185mph to 190mph. Wild.
This honestly comes as no surprise. We talked about this in one of the newsletters following the storm that the case could be made that maximum sustained winds reached 190mph. The report Wednesday confirmed it.
