WINTER PARKS, Fla. – Winter Park could be the home of champions soon. The Rollins College Men’s Soccer Team takes the field in the Division II National Semifinals Friday in Colorado Springs.
The Tars take on Fort Hays State from Kansas at 5:30 ET for the right to go to Sunday’s National Championship game.
Year after year, Rollins has fielded strong teams on the pitch under the direction of longtime head coach Keith Buckley.
However, this is the program’s first trip to the national semis since 2010, when they were one victory shy of the national title.
News 6 caught up with the Tars at training before they left and spoke with Rollins defenders Jordan Proulx and Kaden Foreman, along with Coach Buckley.
