Angie Quezada is thrilled to come home to Central Florida. She grew up in Volusia County, where she graduated from Pine Ridge High School in Deltona. She went on to graduate from Southeastern University in Lakeland before beginning her career in the Mississippi Delta as a weekend anchor and reporter for the ABC affiliate WABG-TV.  

Angie then went on to work as an evening anchor in eastern North Carolina, where she anchored the 5, 6 and 11 p.m. weekday newscasts on WNCT-TV. Angie has over 10 years of industry experience. 

Angie was also the news director for Delta Daily News on Delta Radio Network in Mississippi. She was also the mid-day radio personality for 97.9 The Beat, the Delta's No. 1 station for hip-hop and R&B! She was also the former in-house voice for advertisement at Harlow's Casino Resort & Spa. 

Angie brings her vibrant energy, passion for storytelling and a knack for connecting with people to the WKMG team. A proud mom and a dedicated journalist, Angie has a natural ability to dive deep into the stories that matter most to her community while keeping things fresh and engaging.

When she’s not behind the desk or in front of the camera, you’ll find Angie embracing life as a devoted mom, tackling new adventures, and enjoying time with her family.
