ORLANDO, Fla – Mars Wrigley, the world’s largest candy maker famous for its M&M brand is celebrating the opening of its newest M&M store at Disney Springs.

The new experiential store, which includes the colorful, signature M&M’S “Wall of Chocolate,” larger than life M&M’S characters and the ability for guests to create their very own custom M&M’S candies, will create memorable moments for M&M’S and Disney fans alike.

The new state-of-the-art location opened next to Splitsville Luxury Lanes and the NBA Experience.

“As the premiere shopping, dining and entertainment destination, bringing exceptional experiences to our line-up at Disney Springs is central as we continue to evolve,” said Matt Simon, Vice President, Disney Springs. “Offering the world-famous chocolate combined with the imaginative fun found in the stores, M&M’S at Disney Springs is a perfect addition to our unparalleled mix of offerings.”

The store is offering exclusive Mickey and Minnie Mouse M&M’s designs and packaging as well as photo-ops with the lovable M&M’s characters outside. Officials said the space features the tallest M&M’S chocolate wall in the world. The 17-foot wall includes 130 tubes of chocolate for visitors to choose from.

Guests can also purchase a variety of chocolate assortments, M&M‘s clothing, cups and keychains. Fans of the chocolate can also personalize and design their own candies to take home.

M&M’s store at Disney Springs

M&M’s previously had a location at the Florida Mall, but that location has since closed for this new store.

The Mars Retail Group currently has six M&M’s locations around the globe including spots in London, Las Vegas and Shanghai.

“Choosing culturally vibrant locations for our new stores is key to Mars Wrigley’s retail expansion strategy to delight our valued consumers, and Disney Springs is the perfect backdrop for the most popular confectionery in the world,” said Patrick McIntyre, Director of Global Retail at Mars Retail Group.

The Disney Springs location was originally scheduled to open last year, but the coronavirus pandemic delayed the opening.

The new M&M store is the latest business to have opened at the entertainment and shopping destination in January. Just a couple weeks ago, Gideon’s Bakehouse opened its newest location, and earlier in the month Everglazed Donuts and Cold Brew opened.
