SeaWorld Orlando unveils full concert lineup for Seven Seas Food Festival, Mardi Gras celebration

Limited-time festivities happening during festival

SeaWorld Orlando Mardi Gras begins Feb. 8 and runs limited dates through Feb. 18 (SeaWorld)

ORLANDO, Fla. – SeaWorld Orlando has announced an exciting addition to its Seven Seas Food Festival lineup, inviting guests to let the party play on with newly added performers.

From boyband nostalgia to chart-topping rap and R&B legends, the electrifying performances at Bayside Stadium will have audiences dancing on select Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the festival.

This year’s amped-up concert series now includes Friday night performances, in addition to the Saturday and Sunday shows, bringing even more opportunities to experience unforgettable live music. Held at Bayside Stadium, the lineup spans a variety of genres—including pop, rock, Latin, reggae, and country—with all performances included with park admission.

Mardi Gras festivities make a vibrant return

SeaWorld Orlando Mardi Gras Celebration (SeaWorld)

On select dates, Feb. 27 – March 2, March 4, and March 6-9, the Wild Arctic Plaza will transform into a high-energy celebration, immersing guests in the sights, sounds, and flavors of New Orleans.

During the festive Mardi Gras celebration at SeaWorld Orlando, guests can anticipate the following offerings.

  • Pop-Up parade: (Select times from 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.)
  • Live music: (Select times from 12:30 p.m. - 6 p.m.)
  • Street party: (Select times from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.)

Guests can delight in various indulgent food and drinks and Gulf Coast-inspired favorites including:

  • (NEW) King Cake Cupcake: Cinnamon-spiced cupcake topped with colorful Mardi Gras sprinkles and a sweet glaze, inspired by the classic King Cake.
  • Rum Runner Cocktail: Rum, blackberry brandy, banana, lime Sour
  • Bayou Hurricane: Bacardi Dark Rum, Passion Fruit, Orange & Lime juices
  • Key Lime Pie Margarita: Tequila, Triple sec, lime, cream
  • Purple Haze, Abita Brewery
  • Parade Throw by Hidden Springs Ale Works (king cake-inspired beer)
  • (NEW) Boudin Balls with Remoulade Sauce - sausage, pork, and Cajun aromatics
  • Banana Fosters Beignets: Tossed in powdered sugar and topped with our very own banana fosters sauce
  • Cajun Shrimp & Grits - Sauteed shrimp with Cajun spice, bell peppers, tomato jus, and corn grits.

The best way to experience the Seven Seas Food Festival is with a 10-sample lanyard at the price of $75 or take it up a notch with the fan-favorite 15-sample lanyard for $90.
