ORLANDO, Fla. – Eat and drink around the world at EPCOT’s International Flower & Garden Festival with the variety of dishes and cuisines the festival is offering.

The event runs from Wednesday, March 5, to June 2.

Outdoor Kitchens

Indulge in the wide variety of Outdoor Kitchens and their menu items, including:

Florida Fresh: Get a taste of the Sunshine State—sampling iconic Florida eats.

  • Florida Strawberry Shortcake
  • Cubanito: Mojo-marinated pork belly, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, and stone ground mustard sauce
  • Cucumber Watermelon Slushy (non-alcoholic)
  • Orange Blossom Brewing Co. Starlight Papaya Pilsner

EPCOT® Farmers Feast: Fuel up with hearty cuisine featuring farm-grown ingredients. The menu changes throughout the festival.

  • Grilled Asparagus, Scallop, Blueberry Crumble Cake (March 5 to April 5)
  • Grilled Peaches and Burrata, Seared Pork Tenderloin, Warm Corn Cookie (April 5 to May 3)
  • Heirloom Tomatoes and Fresh Mozzarella, Grilled Beef Strip Loin, Peach Cobbler (May 4 to June 2)

Beach Grub: Nosh on succulent seafood and other delish dishes fit for a seaside feast.

  • Seafood Bake: with shrimp, mussels, clams, andouille sausage, red potatoes, corn on the cob, persillade butter, white wine broth, and grilled sourdough
  • Grilled Street Corn on the Cob
  • S’mores Bar: Fudge brownie, dark chocolate, toasted meringue, and smoked graham cracker
  • Coconut water with Siesta Key-toasted coconut rum

Yacht Grub: Sail on over for dips, chips, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses and sparkling cocktails.

  • Trio of Dips and Chips: Caramelized onion dip, whipped feta dip, and pimento cheese with house-made potato chips and caviar
  • Meat Assorti: Beef bresaola, prosciutto ham, and salami with baby arugula, pickled mustard seeds, tomato jam, truffle oil, and grilled ciabatta
  • Elderflower Sparkling Cocktail: Sparkling wine, Seagram’s® Club Soda, and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur

The Honey Bee-stro: Sweeten your day with sips and bites infused with the nectar of the gods.

Garden Graze

Visitors can also travel around the festival with the Garden Graze, a culinary quest of sweet and savory offerings listed in the Festival Passport.

Purchase five Garden Graze menu items and collect a stamp for each. Then bring the stamped Festival Passport to Pineapple Promenade to received a festival treat.
