ORLANDO, Fla. – Special ticketed events at theme parks have gained a big interest in recent years, with guests wanting to take advantage of perks such as lower wait times, fewer guests and exclusive food items.
Just when the weather starts to feel more summerlike, new and returning after-hours events will take over Central Florida waterparks.

H2O Glow After Hours
A popular summertime event is returning to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon.
H20 Glow After Hours takes place on select nights throughout the summer from May 23 to Sept. 13. This year, Partysaurus Rex is bringing along some of his Toy Story friends to help ensure everyone has a night to remember.
Guests can immerse themselves in radiant lighting effects, vibrant decor and DJ dance parties, all while enjoying the tropical Disney water park.
Foodwise, guests can indulge in new items such as chicken and Mickey-shaped waffle sliders and a glow-versized loaded baked potato.
Tickets go on sale April 4.

Universal Volcano Bay Nights

New to the after-hours swimming scene this year, Universal Orlando’s Volcano Bay Nights.
This exclusive experience runs select nights starting in April. Guests can expect water attractions, live entertainment, DreamWorks character meet-and-greets and complimentary island treats.

AquaGlow

Light up your summer night at Aquatica Orlando.
Running select nights May through September, AquaGlow includes dance parties, laser light shows, and unlimited complimentary soft drinks.
The after-hours event has two ticket options, including a event plus meal ticket.
Island Nights: Adults Only

For the first time, adult swims are happening at Island H2O Water Park in an exclusive after-hours party.
Island Nights includes an electric glowing foam party, thrilling slides, and a DJ dancing party.
The event kicks off on March 29 and takes place on select nights through the summer.
