ORLANDO, Fla. – Universal Orlando Resort invites guests to let the good times roll with the announcement of next year’s Mardi Gras: International Flavors of Carnaval.
Running Feb. 7 through April 4, guests can enjoy a nightly parade featuring glittering floats, high-energy street performers, and colorful beads.
On select nights, live performances from top music artists will add to the excitement. The celebration also offers a diverse menu of international cuisine alongside dishes inspired by New Orleans’ iconic flavors.

For an elevated experience, guests can purchase the popular Mardi Gras Float Ride and Dine Experience. This includes a savory three-course meal with an appetizer, entrée, dessert, and non-alcoholic beverage from one of five participating restaurants.
Options include The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar, NBC Sports Grill & Brew, Lombard’s Seafood Grille, Confisco Grille, and Antojitos Authentic Mexican Restaurant.
After dining, guests get a reserved spot on a Mardi Gras parade float where they can toss colorful beads to the crowd, joining the parade in true New Orleans style. The Float Ride and Dine Experience starts at $94.99 plus tax per person and is available for purchase now.

Admission to Universal Mardi Gras is included with regular Universal Studios Florida tickets or valid Annual or Seasonal Passes, though block-out dates apply.
