LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. – They are a popular Disney park accessory, and now Loungefly fans can add a dash of dark enchantment to their mini backpack collection.
Gideon’s Bakehouse is celebrating a special Disney Springs milestone with a major merch release: the Gideon’s x Loungefly Gargoyle Backpack.

“5 Years ago today, our Gargoyle landed on the building of Gideon’s at Disney Springs. To celebrate, we’re giving you an early look at our biggest Black Friday drop,” Gideon’s wrote on Instagram.
The gothic dessert shop has been a popular Disney Springs destination ever since it opened in January 2021.
Three years in the making, the backpack features the Gideon’s Guardian, a mystical gargoyle symbolically “having your back with supreme levels of mystical protection.“

The Gargoyle backpack will be available starting Friday at 10 a.m., both online and in stores.
The price of the backpacks and any purchase limits for customers have not been disclosed.
In addition to the backpack release, Gideon’s said it plans to offer more Loungefly merchandise and other exclusive items for Black Friday. Fans can also look forward to a limited combo pack that includes a free collectible. All the details will be revealed on Friday morning around 8 a.m.
