Local 6 news helicopter Sky 6 flew over the park as fire trucks were parked outside of the 3D ride at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter - Diagon Alley. Universal officials said just before 1 p.m. guests on the last vehicle of the ride were removed from the ride.
