Monday and your week ahead don't look bad at all! As we come out of the holiday season and get back to the grind, with work returning full swing, kids going back to school, our local weather will be bouncing around a bit alongside us. Here's what the next seven days have in store!

Your Saturday night might be a bit soggy, especially if you plan to head downtown or to the final stretch of holiday attractions some of the theme parks have to offer. Tomorrow looks absolutely gorgeous, but then our thermometers keep climbing during the first full week of 2026.

What was once supposed to bring us some more much needed rain has come together as another dry push of colder temps. These cold temperatures will be in for only a brief hello and goodnight before warmth returns across our area, and it could actually remain this way through to saying Merry Christmas.

The warming has brought us back into familiar Florida territory today with many of us seeing high temperatures around 80 some-odd degrees in town. As we get into the first couple of days of December, rain chances rapidly rise and fall alongside our temperatures all over again. We're tracking a few upcoming rain makers that could impact your work/school week.

Dense fog and smoke advisories are in effect for the eastern half of our viewing area, before we continue to watch high temperatures climb higher throughout the next week ahead.
