SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – A 73-year-old woman was killed in a chain-reaction crash on an Interstate 4 off-ramp in Seminole County when she struck the back of a stopped vehicle, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said the crash happened around 3:10 p.m. on Wednesday.

Three vehicles were stopped on the exit ramp to State Road 436 when a fourth vehicle, driven by the 73-year-old Groveland woman, struck the back of the third vehicle, causing a chain reaction of crashes, according to a crash report.
The wreck was visible on traffic cameras in the area. The video showed several cars stopping in the right turn lanes, including a red car that was straddling two lanes.
Troopers said the woman was in cardiac arrest and she was pronounced dead at the hospital.
It is unknown whether she was in cardiac arrest before the crash.
