ORLANDO, Fla. – When you see a no passing zone, it’s pretty clear, you are not allowed to pass another vehicle.

The question was presented, but what if you encounter something that’s not safe or maybe a bicyclist traveling in the same lane?

Well, most Florida traffic laws are prepared for extenuating circumstances and Florida’s no passing law is one of them.
