CLERMONT, Fla. – The Lake County Tax Collector’s Office in Clermont has been evacuated after a vehicle struck the building, according to a news release.
Clermont police said the evacuation was a precaution, and the office will remain closed while officials assess the structural safety of the building located at 1505 Hooks St.
According to the release, updates on when the location will be reopened will be posted here.
