Records show a new 38,500 square foot commercial retail building was approved on Jan.29 to be built at Tomoka Town Center. This is off 1511 Cornerstone Blvd.
The documents show the building having space for a truck loading dock, pallet storage and it depicts the distinct facade that is seen at other Trader Joe’s location.
