According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, victims told deputies someone had broken into their home and stole multiple items, including cash, jewelry and several wallets.

A two-year investigation identified two suspects, 20-year-old Juan Sebastian Moyano Gonzalez and 18-year-old Juan Camilo Moyano Gonzalez. The two men are brothers, who deputies say were also connected to crimes targeting Asian business owners in St. Johns County.

The two men were arrested in Jacksonville. The sheriff’s office said the suspects had received employment authorization cards to work in the U.S. in 2024.

The second burglary case happened in January at a Palm Coast residence, where the victim said $2,500 to $3,000 in cash was missing.

While collecting evidence, deputies found blood on a pizza box and traced it back to 33-year-old William Vargas-Carmona, who had previously been deported in September 2024.

Vargas-Carmona was also arrested in Jacksonville.

All three men are being held without bond and face deportation.
