ORLANDO, Fla. – Select Universal Orlando guests can now purchase preview tickets to Universal Epic Universe, allowing them to explore all five immersive worlds before the grand opening on May 22.
Running April 17- May 19, the preview period offers a unique opportunity for fans to experience the magic ahead of the official launch. Ticket prices start at $123 and go as high as $140.

Those qualified for a preview ticket include Annual and Seasonal Passholders, active 2025 Military Freedom Pass Ticket Holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and guests staying at any Universal Orlando hotel.
Allocated ticket quantities per day are available exclusively for passholders. According to Universal, the preview will provide a glimpse into the final touches being made and the rehearsals taking place, though some attractions and experiences may not be fully operational during this time.
For those who have already purchased tickets to Epic Universe, there is an option to switch to a preview ticket. Guests can call (866) PASS-4-FUN or visit guest services at Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, or Universal CityWalk for assistance.
To streamline the purchasing process, passholders are encouraged to link their passes to the wallet in their Universal account wallet. This feature makes it easier to buy tickets and enjoy the upcoming adventure at Universal Epic Universe.

As for other ticket options, Universal is offering 1-Day, multi-day, and Florida resident packages.
Universal Orlando is now also accepting reservations for its newest hotel, Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, for arrivals beginning April 16.
Special passholder perks
To show appreciation to passholders, Universal Orlando is offering special perks during Epic Universe visits.
Those perks include free parking for select passes, as well as discounts on dining and shopping.
All passholders can also get a 10% discount on the Darkmoor Monster Makeup Experience.
