ORLANDO, Fla. – Monday
Our work week starts off on the stormy side as instability and moisture from our stubborn upper level low continues. Spotty showers will hover around the coast and 95 corridor to start the morning. Rain begins to push east of 95 around 10-11am. By lunchtime, showers and a few t-storms will begin to fill in over the I-4 corridor as the sea breeze pushes inland. Storms continue to fan out and push westward for the second half of the afternoon. These storms will fizzle around sunset. Highs will climb into the upper 80s.
Next Week
Rain chances remain elevated through mid-week as the instability from our upper low remains through Wednesday. By Thursday, models are hinting at our first cold front of the fall season! A cold front is on track to cross over Central Florida early Thursday, dropping humidity and temperatures (a little) for Friday and into the weekend. We could even be waking up to the upper 60s Saturday morning!
