OVIEDO, Fla. – Enjoy the cool air and thrills at the Oviedo Mall Winter Carnival!
The carnival kicks off next Wednesday and will have rides and games for all ages, with deep-fried treats, sweets and other carnival eats, according to the mall’s website.

Tickets can be purchased here with online pre-sale deals for unlimited ride wristbands. Riders can purchase a single ticket, multiple tickets or a wristband.

Here are the types of rides being offered, according to the event’s site:
- Spectacular Rides: “For all you thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies, our Spectacular Rides are a must! Whether you’re taking a ride upside down and backwards on our one-of-a-kind Delusion or spinning into outer space on Alien Invasion, Dreamland Amusements has got it all! To top it off, our rides change between 250 different colors throughout your ride, creating a spectacular vision you won’t forget!”
- Major Rides: “For carnival goers of all ages, our Major Rides provide endless fun! From the classic Sizzler decked out in LED lights, to the high flying Mulligan swings, we’ve got something for everybody! Come take a trip down memory lane with these classic rides and maybe even try out some new family favorites!”
- Family & Kiddie Rides: “For all of our youngest (and smallest) carnival goers, Kiddie Land is the perfect place to experience all the carnival fun! From the classic Mangel Fire Engine ride to the colorful spinning teacups, there are so many fun rides your little ones can enjoy.”
- Games: America’s Toy Factory, Balloons, Basketball, Break a Bottle, Fishing, Lucky Ducky, Rising Waters, Shootout City, Skee Ball
- Plus multiple photo stand-ins
The carnival has a parental policy where minors 17 and younger should be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Carnival Hours:
- Wednesday, Feb. 5: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Thursday, Feb. 6: 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Friday, Feb. 7: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Saturday, Feb. 8: 12 p.m. to 11 p.m.
- Sunday, Feb. 9: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The carnival will be located at 1700 Oviedo Mall Blvd. at the north side of the mall parking area.
