ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A “super sweet, very energetic, and strong” dog, Yukon (A390159), will be celebrating his 9th birthday at the Orange County Animal Services, the OCAS announced in a press release.
Yukon has been in a shelter for over 100 days, looking for his forever home. his adoption fee is reduced to $10 and OCAS will be offering a complimentary starter kit to his new family.

His birthday will be celebrated on Feb. 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. where Yukon will be in a special play yard, showered with treats and affection while he enjoys a birthday cake.
Volunteers described Yuko as sweet, energetic, well-behaved on walks, and easy to handle.
Yukon is friendly and loving, but does not get along with other pets, the OCAS Behavioral Specialist team said. They recommend he not be in a home with small children or other pets.
“We have racked our minds for ideas to help Yukon land a home,” OCAS manager Diane Summers said in a statement. “This poor senior boy just needs someone willing to take a chance on him, and we want to help that person by offering all of the necessary supplies to kick off a successful adoption.”
OCAS is located at 2769 Conroy Road, next to the Mall at Millenia.
