ORLANDO, Fla. – The co-founder of the religious TV network that owns The Holy Land Experience in Orlando died on Tuesday after suffering a life-threatening stroke last week, according to a post on the Trinity Broadcasting Network Facebook page.
Jan Crouch's children said in the post on Monday that she suffered the stroke in the Orlando area and called it life-threatening.

Tuesday morning, a post on the TBN Facebook had a statement from Matt and Laurie, Crouch's children, saying she had passed.
"Laurie and I have just watched the transition of our precious Mother from this world to the next; watched her step into the presence of Jesus and into her heavenly reward. Jan Crouch, known around the world as Momma Jan, has gone home," the post said.
TBN, which was founded in 1973, is the world’s largest religious network and America’s most watched faith channel, according to its website. Crouch and her husband, Paul, purchased The Holy Land Experience in 2007.
