He was charged with entering a restricted building and disorderly and disruptive conduct inside a restricted building.

At a status hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning, Williams’ attorney Vince Citro told News 6 Williams will plead guilty to one count of parading or picketing inside a Capitol building.

The misdemeanor carries a maximum sentence of 6 months in prison and a fine.

He is currently free on $25,000 bond, and has been placed on non-paid administrative leave with the Sanford Fire Department.
