“Our cruises will operate with 100% vaccination of crew and guests age five and over, therefore face coverings are not required while onboard,” the website reads. “However, we recognize the added protections provided when wearing a mask covering and recommend that all guests do so onboard when indoors, except when actively eating or drinking, or seated at a table in a dining setting, or when in their stateroom.”

All guests over 5 years old and crew are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

The cruise line said the decision to wear a mask is “at the discretion of each guest.”

Along with the mask changes, the cruise line will also be updating its testing protocols starting March 1. Guests will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen or PCR test administered within two days before boarding a cruise at a U.S. port.
