Man arrested, accused of fatally shooting victim found in middle of Orlando street

ORLANDO, Fla. – An arrest was made in the death of a man who deputies found shot in the middle of a street in Orlando on Saturday, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Robenson Noel, 43, was booked in the Orange County jail and faces first-degree murder charges in the death of 38-year-old Estel Jean Baptiste, deputies said Thursday.

The sheriff’s office said the shooter knew the victim, though the alleged relationship between the two has not since been elaborated on.
