SpaceX’s transporter missions are designed to act as microsatellite rideshare flights, allowing multiple government and commercial customers to share the expense of putting their tech in sun-synchronous orbit for as low as $1.1M per order, according to the company.

B1061, the booster in Friday’s launch, has flown six times and will attempt to land on a SpaceX Autonomous Spaceport Drone Ship, according to Space Launch Schedule.
