Upcoming Space Coast Wing Battle serving up unlimited wings, alcohol

Event takes place May 21 in Melbourne

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. – Listen up, if you like wings and beer.

The third annual Space Coast Wing Battle is taking place May 21 at Wickham Park in Melbourne from 7-10 p.m.

Included with ticket admission is all you can eat wing samples and unlimited domestic beer and hard seltzers, according to the event’s website.

During the event, attendees can stop by each booth to sample the wings being served in the battle. Then a vote can be cast for who you thought had the best wings in the “People’s Choice” category.

Tickets cost $50 for general admission. A VIP ticket will run you $70 and get you an hour’s worth of early access to the event along with the ability to have unlimited craft beer and liquor.

Because of the unlimited alcohol, those in attendance must be 21 years or older.

Several vendors including Tasty Freeze 2.0, Beach Bums Sweet Treats and The Shermanator Fried Kitchen will be onsite selling food and 15% of their proceeds will go to The Children’s Hunger Project, according to event organizers.

Tickets are on sale now and according to the event’s Facebook posts, the festival will sell out.
