According to police, three suspects, were detained and later arrested.

Police say they received calls about an incident and witnesses who believed someone was stealing a bicycle. If they hadn’t received those calls, they might not have arrived in time to find the man who was shot. Police said it demonstrated the importance of the “see something, say something” concept.

An investigation is ongoing.
