ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. – Purveyors of lactose-laden meals I Heart Mac & Cheese has opened its first Central Florida location in Seminole County.
The location in Altamonte Springs — 931 N. State Road 434, Suite 1045 — opened its doors Wednesday morning.

As one might expect, I Heart Mac & Cheese specializes in mac and cheese bowls featuring a variety of mix-in options, such as Buffalo chicken and bleu cheese or lobster and white truffle.
The menu also features grilled cheese and tacos, which are filled with mac and cheese. The restaurant also features vegan options for those looking to enjoy without all the dairy.

According to the business’ website, at least two more Central Florida locations are in the works — one in Winter Park and another in Lake Mary. No exact locations or opening dates have been announced.
