SANFORD, Fla. – A man has been reported missing after being discharged from a hospital in Sanford, according to police.
Sanford police said Giovanni Solina was discharged around noon Thursday from Lake Monroe Hospital at 1401 W. Seminole Blvd.

Solina, diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia and diabetes, left the hospital and has not contacted family, reports show.
