ORLANDO, Fla. – Publix Supermarkets on Wednesday updated closing information for hundreds of its Florida stores, including most Central Florida counties, because of Hurricane Ian.
Stores in the following counties will close at 12 p.m. Wednesday and are expected to remain closed through Thursday.

Publix said the stores are anticipated to reopen on Friday.

- Lake

- Volusia
Other stores may modify their hours based on the track of the storm. Customers should check with their local store to find out when it will close and reopen.
