ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man believed to be involved in the stabbing deaths of two people in Orange County on Sunday has been arrested in Texas, according to sheriff’s officials.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Yohanna Colmenares, 42, and Alex Quintanilla, 40, were found around 6 a.m. with “obvious signs of trauma” in the 10500 block of Bastille Lane.
Colmenares and Quintanilla were both taken to the hospital, where they later died.
The sheriff’s office said officials with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office in Houston, Texas, arrested Manual Alejandro Carrasco-Camacaro, 39, for the stabbings.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office did not offer more details about the suspect. They believe he had ties to the Austin, Texas area and was planning to travel to a southern border state.
Carrasco-Camacaro will face first-degree murder charges when he is extradited to Orange County.
An investigation is ongoing.
