According to an arrest affidavit, a person who did not witness the crash but called 911 provided dash-cam video to police two days after the crash, which left Burgundy Evans, who was 7 weeks pregnant, dead.

The video shows Evans being thrown into oncoming traffic, where she was run over by a Dodge Ram pickup truck, officials said.

Mims was later identified as the driver of the truck and was arrested.
