It will serve poke bowls, ramen bowls, spring rolls, dumplings and sushi burritos. It will also have a “secret menu” which offers a twist on sushi, serving it as a pizza, corndog, doughnut or sandwich.

This double concept restaurant started in a food hall in 2016 with a goal of bringing the best poke to Atlanta, according to its website. It is now expanding to other states such as Texas and the Carolinas via franchising.

The Orlando area location is going to be operated by Sam and Sheana Brown, who have lived in the area for the past 10 years.

The duo said opening in Winter Garden was right as this area is expanding quickly and being on West Colonial Drive, they can draw a large amount of foot traffic. As of now, there are not any plans to build more locations.

The 2,000 square-foot shop hired four employees and will be open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. On Sunday it will be open from 12-7 p.m. To check out the rest of the restaurant’s information or find more secret menu items click here.
