LAKE COUNTY, Fla. – A Lake County man was arrested on Wednesday after accusations that he sexually battered someone, according to the Clermont Police Department.
In a heavily redacted affidavit, police said that they received a report from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office in December about Walter Espinoza, 24, showing someone “inappropriate videos” online.

The affidavit stated that Espinoza reportedly played video games with a person — whose age and identity were unspecified — and watched videos “together” about Pokémon and Minecraft.
However, Espinoza is also accused of showing “adult stuff,” and claims were made in an interview with detectives that Espinoza had held someone down and force-fed them “gold coins,” the affidavit reads.

Additional reports came in accusing Espinoza — who lives in Clermont — of “sodomizing” someone when he was younger, detectives said.
Espinoza was ultimately taken into custody on Wednesday evening, and he faces charges of sexual battery and lewd battery. He is held on no bond.
