The boys are suspected to unlawfully be in their father’s custody and have possibly been taken to New Jersey, a news release states. Alarm for the children’s safety stems from concerning behavior said to have been exhibited by the father, who has since ceased communication with the mother, according to the release.

Terrance, the 6-year-old, is described as 3 feet, 8 inches tall and 55 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, while Tristan is described as 3 feet, 5 inches tall and 40 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, the sheriff’s office said.

A court order has been filed for law enforcement to take custody of the children and return them to their mother, according to the release. Anyone with information on their whereabouts is urged to call 911.
