In an affidavit, deputies explained the Acura then pulled alongside the victim’s vehicle, where Unrue then shouted, “I’m going to shoot you in your (expletive) face, do you want to die?” while holding the handgun.

The vehicle the suspect was riding in then pulled in front of the victim’s car and stopped, but fled the scene when they noticed the victims were contacting law enforcement.

According to the report, the driver who was in the vehicle with Unrue told deputies that due to his erratic behavior, she left the scene and later took the firearm away.

Unrue was booked into the Marion County jail and charged with three counts of aggravated assault, one count of shooting into an occupied vehicle, and one count of reckless discharge of a firearm.

There were no reports of any injuries.
