ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was arrested on a murder charge in the June shooting death of a 60-year-old man in Orange County, sheriff’s officials announced Wednesday.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said Phillip Karl Prescott, 48, was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder in the death of Ramon Alberto Reynoso Garcia.

Deputies in early June were called to the Lake Weston Point Apartments, where they found Garcia, who was taken to a hospital and later died, officials said.
